We had top floor apartment = the view from the balcony was quite nice. Everything is new, place is clean and, after the traffic stops, also quiet. Not hard to park around on the white - within 5m walk we were able to find some spot (for small car) every day. Didn’t had breakfasts (there are bakeries & coffee shops around and we like to explore, but it looked Ok. Contactless checkin/checkout. Location 10m walk from ferry to Valleta.

The studio was outstanding….one of the best place i stayed so far…I would say better than an hotel…we had all you need…even a washing machine and tumble dryer….we really really loved it…and the location was great everything was very close…and the staff was very nice and helpful

Absolutely fantastic accommodation! Beautifully equipped apartment in the center of Sliema. About 15 minutes walk to Paceville. Big thanks also to the accommodation provider who allowed us to store our things before check-in and after check-out. A small recommendation for future visitors - these are Apartments with glass doors. As soon as you arrive drive, write on WhatsApp and the provider will come right away. I can absolutely recommend! The studio apartment is very specious and comfortable, very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, smart TV, oven and microwave, toaster, coffee machine, A/C unit !!!) and accommodating (kitchen tools, dishwasher pods etc.). Super comfortable bed, couch, kitchen table and balcony with a great view!! The location is superb, beautiful view, clean and safe with lots of restaurants (steak, Thai, Italian) and cafes. Easy to get around, the bus stop is 3 minutes walking. We absolutely loved our stay there!

The location is great for peace and quiet. Unlike other party towns in Malta, Cospicua offers restaurants but in a quiet setting. The room is very spacious and modern. The property was recently renovated. The hosts were fantastic, above and beyond. Lovely big, high pressure, shower.

Belcony Hotel exceeded our expectations! The room was spacious, clean, and carefully tidied up every day, with a large bathroom, comfortable bed, full equipment (even separate washing and drying machine in each floor), kitchen and a lovely little balcony. The owner Luke is truly amazing – friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. From the very first moment, we felt welcome and had no issues whatsoever. The hotel is in a perfect central location in St. Julian’s, right next to the 24/7 grocery store (Spar) with great prices, very convenient! Air conditioning in the room made our stay super comfortable during hot days. Luke, especially thank you for giving us a late check-out, it made our last day and night flight home much much much easier and enjoyable. Everything was simply excellent, and we wholeheartedly recommend Balcony Hotel to anyone looking for a 10/10 TOP stay in Malta. Without a doubt we’d choose this hotel again!
