I highly recommend this place if you want to visit Tunis or for a layover as is only 10 minutes by car from the airport.

The place is amazing, so clean, so comfy, and cosy. It was so clean and shiny also well equipped. The host was super friendly and nice. Loved our stay here definitely recommend. The view from the balcony is in a whole different level making the stay way better. A plus for the neighborhood that turned out to be so calm. Can’t describe the level of satisfaction enough!

We had a very pleasant stay at this place. The staff are professional and exceptionally welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The place is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay relaxing. The location is excellent for exploring the city and it is not far from the airport either. Overall, a very positive experience. The staff went above and beyond, the type of support you don’t always have anywhere else’s. We stayed here for a quick overnight stop. We arrived late, but the check-in process was super smooth thanks to the clear instructions the host sent us. She was very nice and helpful! The place is also conveniently close to the airport—only about a 10-minute drive—which was perfect for a late arrival. Plus, it’s near some nice cafes and a lovely park, which made the short stay even more enjoyable.

Cozy studio in cite ennasr 1 está en Ariana, a 20 km de Salammbo Tophet Archaeological Museum, a 7 km de Parque Belvedere y a 9 km de Carthage Golf. I think the host was excellent- we forgot my ring at the property when we checked out and she was extremely helpful in assisting us to enable us to get back in the property even though she was in the US at the time. I think Tunisians in general are friendly and do over over and beyond what westerners would do to accomodate others. The house us very clean, well presented and comfortable. There are loads of taxis which would take you to the centre for juts 5 dinars. I would definitely recommend!

Studio, Cité la GAZELLE, pas Jafar, quartier calme 10 min de l'aéroport près du Technopark es un alojamiento con jardín y terraza que está en Jafar, a 10 km de Carthage Golf, a 12 km de Parque... Los propietarios nos ayudaron, tanto en la llegada como cuando nos fuimos. Nos regalaron una agua i todo.

The host and his communications was exceptional ( above and beyond ) during all my travel experiences ( +20 countries ) I haven’t met a family / host as nice as this host. He offered to come to the airport which is not far from the location ( 10 min drive ) to help with the luggage with his personal pick-up car to avoid dealing with the taxi drivers and drove the luggage back to the airport in the morning. Its my first time staying outside of the city centre and will never go back to the city centre if i can manage to book with him again The location is amazing/safe/ walking distance to grocery / restaurants The apt’s very clean / spacious/ comfortable beds Great value for money I would rate this place 100/10 if i could
