Alanya main town is a 5-10 min drive away. The beach and beach bar, "Chillers", opposite the hotel gets a 4.9 rating on Google. Ulu residents get free sunbeds there. The sea is calm and super clean. All the staff are super friendly, but Kâzım at Ulu, was especially helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and spacious and well equipped. There are supermarkets and local restaurants within walking distance.

Good value for money, given we were 3 travelling together. And: exceptional service! We left a coat here, and they were so helpful in bringing it to the bus station and handing it to a driver so that we could pick it up the next day without having to drive all the way back.

The service was outstanding, the rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to many attractions, restaurants, and activities — making it ideal for exploring Antalya, especially for families. A special thank you to the room service team for their attentive support throughout our stay. I would also like to sincerely thank the wonderful receptionists — Okan, Nazlı, and Koray — for their exceptional hospitality. They helped us with tour reservations and guided us on the best places to visit in the area. Their kindness and professionalism truly made our stay even more enjoyable.
