This recently renovated homestay is located less than 1 km from Jacob K. Javits Convention Center and a 11-minute walk from Times Square. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Central location, Times Square and Broadway were a few steps away. There’s a Target close by so you can buy stuff that you need. They provided towels, shampoo, conditioner and Body wash. Not the hotel type ones but decent ones like Head & Shoulders and Dove. They have a washing machine and drier so you can wash your clothes anytime, they provide the detergent and fabric conditioner too. The premises is secure with CCTVs in the hallway and common areas, and the front door automatically locks after 30 seconds. The owner was also kind enough to bring my suitcase up the 4th floor, and mind you it was a heavy suitcase (23kg). Highly recommended and would stay again!

Sandy's apartment is a great place to stay for a trip to NY. The place was spotlessly clean. She herself was extremely helpful and quick with her replies. There is an excellent deli across the street. The place exceeded my expectations.. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. Many thanks Sandy! I hope to be back again.

Guest rooms will provide guests with a full kitchen. Amazing stay. 10 minutes from JFK by uber/taxi. Room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Bathroom is really clean. Cat is amazing. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Big thumbs up!

Great for families and they have shuttle service.

For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and is protected by full-day security. The place is very clean, totally new and nice designed. It’s more than enough space for 2 persons. The bed is huge and very comfortable, nice blanket and many pillows so sleeping was perfect. I cooked every morning (kitchen has all you need from hornet to dishes to do any sorts of meal) and coffee machine and the owner even put free tasty coffee and sweets for us! Thank you so much! The house is very cosy. We never saw or hear any naibours. It’s very close to Manhattan with 128,165,168 that goes just next to the apartment every 2-5 min during the day and every hour during the night. Good shops two steps from apartments. But for sure the best is magnificent view to Manhattan that opens from the street so every morning you can run or drink coffee in a park looking to Manhattan 💔
