Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. The location is very convenient for us to visit the city. The bedroom and the bathroom are both very clean. We have access to the kitchen which is very well equipped. We are also allowed to store our luggage after check-out time, which saved a lot of time and money.

Location is excellent, very close to J station (Kosciuszko), a lot of shops nearby. Not too many restaurants, just a lot of pizzerias, but it was ok. 15-30 minutes to jazz clubs, very close to an excellent record store. Neighborhood is safe, you can feel the flavor of daily living in Brooklyn. The apartment is really nice with all the necessary amenities in the bathroom and the kitchen. We slept in the bedroom, while our teenage kids occupied the living room. WiFi is ok, although we used paid eSims during our stay in NYC. We used the opportunity to store our luggage on the last day in the closet outside. Thank you!

Guest rooms will provide guests with a full kitchen. We had a great stay. The room is spacious & very clean. We were greated by the lovely cat Mia who loved to be petted. It's a bit far from the city centre but a 20 min. train ride gets you there for a very affordable price. Prior to arriving, the host sent me a message with several tips which helped a lot. Thank you for the pleasent stay Ricardo. If we ever visit New York again, we'll rebook this.

Breakfast was ok it could’ve had a little more food options.
