First of all I cannot be more fascinated with the location. The views from the first walk towards it are scorched into my memory, this homestay is surrounded by some of the most magnificent landscapes I have ever seen, it is a bit off the beaten track so we probably would not have seen it if we were located elsewhere. I am immensely grateful we got to experience views like these. Now let me talk about the service, it was unbelievably good. The host family is incredibly kind and helpful and made sure we felt comfortable at all times. The hostess even kindly helped us fix a problem that we (stupidly) had created. The room was big, super super clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was great as well, you can tell they really put their all on the cleanliness. The views from the room and breakfast terrace were beautiful. They also provide a bicycle and motorcycle rental service, laundry, and car pick up rental service. The food was absolutely delicious, easily the best we had in Ninh Binh. They have MANY delicious vegan and vegetarian options!!!! The breakfast is included and we could not recommend more both of the rice porridges. The tea is absolutely perfection and positively addicting and the coffee is rich and fragrant. We also had dinner both days and everything was delicious, comforting and homemade. Fresh fruit was served with every course. In this aspect its super worth it to be a bit far from the village, because you don’t even need to be close to restaurants as I assure you they don’t have options as good as this. Overall I could not recommend this place enough, it is absolutely lovely, perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful place to stay, the price/quality relation is insane and I wish this family the best of luck on their business.

Room was so nice, spacious and clean bathroom. Breakfast was prepared at the moment and so delicious. Also coffee was very good. Their cute dog welcomed us. Very nice and warm family. Really recommend this stay. Also you can rent a bike from them. Best stay so far! And very centric close to Tam Coc wharf.

The hotel rooms were unreal and the staff were so friendly. Offered us dinner and breakfast everyday and the food was amazing. Definitely recommend. Great location. 5 minute walk from everything. And a gym 5 minutes away aswell.
