Location/view/amenities/cleanliness were great. Luna Sol staff were available to answer questions and address issues/requests via WhatsApp. Open-air taxi carts were available for short trips around Phu Quoc at 15,000 Dong per person. Grab and Xanh SM taxis were available for longer trips. NOTE: Room cleaning is every other day (every 2 days), not daily.

The location was great—close to the beach, swimming pool, and local market, yet still quiet and relaxing. Our room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We had everything we needed, and the service exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciated the friendly personnel, the easy check-in process, and, of course, the free coffee, and free scooter, this is just amazing. The administrator, Stephen, is truly a great person. He helped us through WhatsApp anytime, 24/7, even with questions not related to the hotel. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to others! Rating: 10/10

Some rooms here will provide you with a kitchen with a fridge, a minibar and a stovetop. Everything was perfect. We have been there for 7 nights. Nice area, clean room, big swimming pool, big gym with everything for good training. Manager is also very kind and can give you good advices.

Everytime present but still discrete. We had some wonderful days at this hideaway. A great place with many sports activities, an excellent gym, sauna and steam bath. Very spacious Villas and the staff from reception, waiter, cleaning, gardening or security was always helpful, kind and with joy. Thanks for treating us so well. My family had wonderful meals in the spacious kitchen.
