For us the location was perfect since we had a wedding in the area. But it can be really far from Cape Town and find some traffic jams on the road. Emje received us and she was super lonely. Straight instructions about the house and always kind. The house was super comfortable.

Plaisir is a beautiful wine estate; we did the wine tasting, visited it with the wine tram, walked their trails and overall had an amazing time. The room doesn't have any views, but the pool with outstanding views is a few minutes walk away. Thank you Gale, for your hospitality!

The location , the check in processes, the food and attention to detail. When you check in there’s no need to go anywhere till you check out. A unique experience worth every minute. Very central, easy access to the restaurants. The breakfast served was so beautifully presented with an excellent variety of delicious eats. The cherry on the top was the homemade banana bread packaged to have later as padkos.

The host was so accommodating and friendly and even left us a bottle of wine. We couldn’t have asked for better! I left some things behind by mistake and the staff kept them aside for me and helped with with the courier to collect them.
