This place has a lovely decor, comfortable beds, wonderful gardens, super cute dogs and kids. We were able to visit Tsitsikamma park, some hikings, grilled some braai, all with extra comfort. This place, the small city, the park, everything was perfect. Wish we can come back one day.

The garden is beautiful, the beds and super comfy and the best of all there is an inverter for load shedding, so you wont be stuck in the dark. Ilse the host is also fabulous!

Irene is such a was such an amazing host so sweet and friendly we had an issue with the shower and she sorted it out immediately. . For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. We loved our 2 nights at The Blue House and wish we had stayed longer. Japie and Annette are wonderful hosts and they have created a beautiful guest suite on their property. They are happy to offer suggestions of places to eat and nearby activities. The suite was spotless, the bed extra comfortable and the kitchenette was better equipped than many Airbnb apartments we have rented. The location is peaceful and we loved the views over the back garden and mountains behind the property. The pictures are accurate and I can't say enough good things about The Blue House.
