Bijzonder goede service, perfect bed, heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Fitness is veel te warm en benauwd, maar een mooi groot zwembad. 100% tevreden zijn wij, geen goedkoop hotel, maar perfect gelegen in Vancouver en super goed, met uitzondering van de fitness.

Shuttle bus picked us up quickly. Check in very smooth. Room was spacious, very dark & quiet, bed was very comfortable everything we needed after travelling for 24 hours. Had excellent breakfast in restaurant. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Rooms are redone and well appointed. Afternoon tea and breakfast at the restaurant were fantastic. All around a wonderful stay.

Here for hockey showcase. Super friendly and helpful staff. Helped guide us when the lot was over full because of the concert this weekend. Always a smiling face and offering help if we looked lost. Never heard the other guests, quiet and restful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Dit hotel in Richmond, Canada, ligt op 10 minuten rijden van de internationale luchthaven van Vancouver. One member of staff was very accommodating considering we arrived very early from our flight and check in is not until 4 pm . We were given a great room. The hotel is within a 15 min drive to the airport and ideally situated to an outlet mall which was great to kill some time before our early morning flight the next day. The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent. Free shuttle bus to the airport was great and on time every 30 min.
