Located in Concord, this hotel is 2 km from York University and a 30-minute drive from downtown Toronto. It features rooms with free WiFi. Breakfast was delicious. Restaurant staff were accommodating and friendly. Front Desk staff were pleasant and very helpful, especially the ladies on the morning shift. Room was clean and housekeeping polite.

You have to swipe the room card on the elevator to choose a floor, and it only goes to that floor - helps with security. The shampoo, conditioner, and shower soap are all fixed to the wall, which is convenient, and none of it lingers in your hair or on your skin. It washes off easily and quickly. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. The room was immaculate.
