The twin room was large, the beds were comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. We loved the tea making facilities, the fridge for our own drinks, and the sustainable water provided. The hotel offers a good size parking lot (outdoor) for only 15 pounds a night which seems reasonable given the area. They have a 24/7 grocery shop with drinks and basic snacks and we also ordered a couple of 'light bites' from the bar, both of which were good. All the staff we spoke with were helpful and polite and this is now our new favourite Heathrow hotel.
