Next to London Heathrow Airport, this 4-star hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with luxury Sheraton Sleep Experience Beds. Free WiFi is available. Room was clean and comfortable; restaurant was great, breakfast was great. Check in was excellent - a rude man came up and stepped right beside me to have the employee answer a question for him. The employee advised the man that he was with a guest (me) and he would be with him when he was completed. The rude man said "you can't even answer my question?" which it wasn't a question but a complaint that the outlets didn't work. Again, the very professional employee advised the rude man he was with a guest and would be with him when he was finished.

De ligging tov het vliegveld en het rugby stadion. Kamers zijn niet gehorig. Hele gemakkelijke busverbinding naar metro en trein. Vanaf daar snel in het centrum. Ook de vriendelijke uitcheck tijd is super.
