Located next to Beachwalk Shopping Mall and overlooking Kuta Beach, it features an outdoor pool and spacious rooms with free WiFi. I had the deluxe ocean view room. It was amazing! I had a partial view of the ocean which was great based on the angle of my room. The grounds were perfectly manicured. The buffet breakfast had a variety of foods to select from. The staff is very happy, friendly and professional. The staff remembered me and greeted me by name which was extremely kind. I also enjoy the spa. I walked a lot and had some foot pain. I needed a foot massage, I was able to get an appointment immediately in the spa. The spa did not disappoint. I felt rejuvenated and refreshed with no more pain after getting my foot massage. I felt safe in the hotel. We were two females travelers so our safety was very important to us. There are two entrance to the beach walk from the hotel which we loved. Excellent hospitality! Overall, experience was magnificent!

I would like to say thank you to all of the staffs at Four Points including the reservation, reception desk, pick-up driver, housekeeping team, and breakfast restaurant. They are all experts and smile at anytime. Special thanks to Mrs. Tika, who helped me a lot during my booking process. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and relax. Everything at Four Points is good!
