Located in the heart of Nagoya in Batam, Four Points by Sheraton Batam is only 30 minutes' drive from Hang Nadim International Airport, and 10 minutes' drive from the Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. The hotel staff were excellent. Billy and Stephanie at reception were so kind and had a great hospitality. Also, the staff at restaurant for breakfast were great.
