Great location in the village. Chris the owner was very helpful, he recommended enjoyable tour route nearby in the beautiful Oetz-valley area. Appreciated. The room was comfortable. Free and safe parking available in the yard. Very nice accomodation, very good breakfast. We highly recommend and would come back.

The location, cleanliness and facilities of the facility were simply marvellous. The restaurant in the hotel and the food of the restaurant did not leave the need to look for another place to eat. The staff, especially the friendly reception manager, always responded sympathetically to our questions and requests. It will definitely be my first choice for my next trip to Oetz. As a traveller who likes to ask questions, I recommend this place to everyone with peace of mind.

From the wonderful facilities, to the yummy breakfast, and last but not least the amazing host who went over and above to make sure everything was taken care of. We really liked everything at this Hotel. The Staff were so friendly and the hotel owners were always present. This made our stay so cozy. What was as well great, was the restaurant staff, they already knew after one day, what we want to drink (still or sparkling water, espresso, tea etc.) :-) Just want to say THANK YOU - we appreciate stayed at your place

A beautiful apartment with an indoor jacuzzi and sauna, featuring large windows overlooking the mountain views. Each room has its own TV, including the jacuzzi room, which allowed us to enjoy movies right from the hot tub. The apartment is fully equipped for a long stay, especially the kitchen, and was spotlessly clean! The beds were very comfortable. The location is excellent, right at the entrance to the Ötz valley and just a 10-minute walk from Lake Piburg. The hosts are lovely, live nearby, and were always available for anything we needed.
