It was an extraordinary experience. As a couple exploring the Grindelwald region for the first time, we were absolutely captivated by this accommodation. Choosing a room with a view allowed us to wake up to a stunning panorama every day, and I highly recommend it. The location is centrally positioned, providing excellent access to nearby villages and hiking activities. The room quality, food, staff, and the hotel’s aesthetic were all impeccable. The underground parking was a nice bonus. The hotel kitchen was delightful. 10/10. If we return to the area, we will definitely stay here again. We already miss it!

My family stayed for four nights. Unfortunately, I got sick on the first night and was in bed for the three days of our stay. I can tell you the beds were extremely comfortable- even after all that time! The kitchen was perfect when we couldn’t go out. I felt like it was my home by the time we left. This is probably the most beautiful place in Switzerland we’ve been to. Very nice rooms with amazing views (even the mountain view), excellent breakfast, very kind personnel always helpful, many options for eating, all very good (especially the Titschli), lovely bar lounge with a wonderful pianoman singing in the evenings (thank you G D Angelo for the enchanting after dinner music), fabulous spa and very good kids spa too (enjoyable by parents as well), not to mention the incredible scenery surrounding the place, and really good ski school. Just an amazing place thank you all!

We had a wonderful stay at hotel Gletschergarten and the view to Eiger is simply amazing. The room was very comfortable. We liked very much the atmosphere in the hotel and its story, a truly mountain hotel.We will return to this hotel, for sure.
