The room had everything, big comfortable bed and an amazing view to the lake. They were very kind to help us with a baby cot. Easy access to the parking and a delicious breakfast, which was included in the price. Staff was kind and helpful as well.

The view is really fantastic. I stayed half day on the balcony, there is no point going somewhere if you have such view in the room)) The restaurant and the sets of dishes for dinner are delicious

We just loved our time in this appartment and we definitely recommend it! - extremely clean, with everything mostly new, of good quality, and nothing missing, as well as nicely decorated. Isabel is very nice and had anticipated every possible need. The flat is very comfortable (with comfy double bed, great sofa & kitchen space, nice & clean bathroom / good internet connection ) and seemed to us bigger than the indicated 30 m2 and bigger than on the pictures! There is also the outside extension with sitting/eating area, that can also be used in case of rain as it is protected / covered above. Lines of trees separate from the other neighbours properties, so you have your own space outside. The neighbouring area is quiet and nice. The private covered garage (shared with neighbours) is in the same private building, to which you can have access just from the main road, this is so convenient and secure. Also, you are not immediately on the lake shore, and the neighbouring house doesn't allow a direct view on it, but the lake shore is so near, at a few steps/minutes walking distance (via a little road under the train line), with a beach bar where to have a drink or a snack. Also there is a little shop nearby (called VOLG) to do some food shopping, also open on Sundays. The train line is not far but not many trains/ and anyway we didn't hear much and it does not disturb at all. It was great to come back to the quiet flat & relaxing lake, after busy day hiking in mountains/ or after visits of Interlaken (at about 9 km) and Bern (47 km). Thank you Isabel for your kindness and professionalism! this was a great choice for quality/pricing in the area. / we had no time to test TV - and we didn't miss it! ___ I am adding pictures :)

We love everything about BG hotel. Very friendly and accomodating hotel personnel. Delicious breakfast options! The view from our room is so beautiful! Clean and comfortable hotel room and amenities. The supermarket and pharmacy are very near the hotel. We plan to go back next year!

Mountain View right at the balcony. Although there are a little distance from the main district area but buses are available and it's FOC. There allowed early check in too. Breakfast was really nice especially love their sesame croissants, the best I ever had!

You’ll have an unforgettable, breathtaking view just in front of you, and you’ll never get tired of watching it. The staffs are super friendly, and hardworking. Breakfast is 10/10, served with your preferred hot drink. The location is super nice and Mürren is the loveliest place I’ve been in Switzerland. Overall, the experience was so nice that it will be a lifelong treasure.

Pretty good, especially the restaurant, every meal is great! Scenery in Mürren is very beautiful.

Amazing place! The location is convenient between the train station and cable station. Only several minutes walk. The host is friendly and hospital. Love the breakfast and cheeze Fundue！

The incredibly kind staff, the delicious Hiker’s Pasta for dinner, and the breathtaking scenery made this an unforgettable experience. I regret missing the chance to thank the director at checkout—it was such a wonderful time, and I’d love to stay here again!
