スタッフがとても親切で、英語、フランス語でコミュニケーションがとれました。朝食時に果物の皮をナイフでむいていたら、それを見ていたスタッフがビュッフェ式の朝食にも関わらず、そっと切れやすいナイフをわざわざテーブルまで持ってきてくれました。こんな細かな気配りはヨーロッパではなかなか経験できないことで感動しました。そしてもっと驚いたことは、スーパーで購入した夕食を無理を、承知で受け付けで温めて貰えるかきいたところ、なんとスタッフが自ら、ホテルの上階にあるレストランまで同行し、レストランスタッフに温めを依頼し、レストランスタッフはお皿2人分とフォークとナイフとナフキンまで添えて持って来てくれました。申し訳ない気持ちでいっぱいでしたが、その優しさ気配りに心から感謝しています。本当にありがとうございました。
