2nd stay within a week. Great communication with the hotel staff prior to arrival and they were very helpful throughout the stay, can get larger rooms if you go for the Loft series. Paid carpark just beside the hotel.

Great size room with everything we needed. Breakfast was yum, small but good variety. Very clean and staff were friendly. Great location, very close to the street markets, and lots of great spots to eat nearby.

Amazing breakfast with an incredible view. Had a wonderful view from the room and the staff was gracious and professional. Enjoyed massage at the spa which was reasonably priced. Location was excellent - extremely conveniently connected to the train station with access to loads of food and shopping as well as easy access to the airport train. Highly recommend and would stay there again if in Sapporo.

Location – The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Sapporo, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Whether you’re looking to shop, dine, or visit popular attractions, everything is easily accessible. Public transportation is also nearby, which made getting around effortless. Service & Staff – The service was top-notch! The staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any requests. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Room Size & Amenities – The room was impressively spacious, especially considering typical city hotels. It was well-designed, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This is a hotel set up for esports videogamers, but you don't have to be one to stay here. And you should stay here because it is amazing. Everything is brand new & thoughtfully chosen. They have clearly spent a lot of money on the place. It is spotlessly clean with friendly staff. My room had twin beds, private bathroom, kitchenette, huge TV, and its own washing machine. The dryer in the hotel is paid for but not expensive. There is also a racing videogame room set up with powerful PCs & consoles and steering wheels, pedals, etc., and apparently it is free to use; it looked great although I didn't use it myself. So the place is perfect, but at an astonishingly low price. I paid less per night here than I did for capsule hotels elsewhere in Japan, less than sleeping 9 hours in a manga cafe. I think they are new, and not many people are staying here yet, but I hope they are successful because they deserve to be.

Easy access to downtown with the subway ( to Odori). Easy access to Otaru from JR Kotoni. The restaurant In curry ( 9mn walk away) was fantastic. The neighborhood has many restaurants, shopping centres, groceries shops,…etc The big balcony to watch the sunset! The very efficient, smiley ladies at the front desk. The cleaning ladies did an excellent job. Clean! Clean. You can borrow some knives, iron, iron board and many more( hair curlers…).
