Everything was perfect; really nice and kind staff, amazing and very clean apartament (it had EVERYTHING we needed), location is great (beautiful nature, 30min with car to the Andorra La Vela), it is family and child friendly. We travel a lot and this apartament is one of our favorites ever. Thank you for your hospitality, we will come back :)

Set right in the heart of Escaldes, this modern hotel is located just 150 metres from Andorra's pedestrian shopping area, the town’s famous Caldea spa and from the new spa centre Inúu. It is conveniently located to access all Andorra’s ski slopes. Free WiFi is offered throughout and free ski storage is available in the hotel's reception. The breakfast was mostly a very large selection of continental--breads, fruits, yoghurts, meats, cheeses, juices--but they did ask if I wanted cooked eggs, and would cook bacon, too. Very modern, very comfortable hotel. Extremely helpful staff, especially Bennie. Good location, near to bus stops, a tourist office, the main shopping street, the spas. I was very happy there.

Xalet Bringué Hotel is located in the Andorran Pyrenees mountain village of El Serrat. The attractive wood and stone building has designer interiors, while outside the terraces offer panoramic views.

The Xalet’s restaurant offers cooked breakfast and a range of typical mountain dishes for lunch and dinner. There is also a café. Normally, Booking.com does me a dirty when booking places. I booked one night here and ended up staying for five. Upon my arrival I was met by staff and offered bag carrying. There is free parking out front ( snow brush and ice scraper available) or for 11 euros per night there is a garage. I had two dogs with me who slept in the vehicle, this was not an issue as all rooms are not road facing, if they had barked it would not have disturbed anyone. Just a two minute walk up the road is a trail to the river and park. Elleven minutes drive is Ordino Arcalis ski resort ( also free parking). My room had a heated floor, verypowerful shower that maintained a constant temperature always, big double bed, large TV with all apps, USB and plug sockets each side of the bed. Room has a fridge. The hotel's wifi is fast with a strong connection. Plenty of very nice towels, robes also at no additional charge ( makes a nice change). The room has a thermostat which has very little lag on bringing the temperature up or down, impressive in a large room. The cleaner is exceptionally thorough and the room was turned out beautifully every day even down to mopping the floors. The staff are totally on point, super helpful and accommodating. They arranged the veterinary appointment for my dogs travel back to UK at no extra charge also. My medical conditions ( allergies) were taken into consideration and my room allocated away from the restaurant ( note I did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment outside of breakfast). My room had a lovelly balcony with views down the valley and of the river cascading down the rocks. The Spa: I used this twice. Once it was busy and quite noisy and another time I had the place to myself which was Bliss. The Spa was an additional fee for 90minute session. The hot stone beds being my favourite. I spent an hour on one ( there are four) listening to audio books.

Beautiful modern hotel with every comfort detail considered. Beautiful views of the mountains and the valley below in every room.

The elegant Grand Plaza Hotel & Wellness has an ideal setting, near the commercial centre of Andorra La Vella. Its luxury accommodation is popular among famous actors, artists and politicians. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property.

The Plaza is just a short walk from Andorra la Vella's tax-free shops. There is also good access to nearby ski resorts. The location was perfect nearby shops and restaurants. Sound proofing was excellent. Although there were constructions at the back of the hotel, we couldn’t hear anything. The rooms were spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. The spa was nice and you can enjoy it for free an hour per day with specific timing for kids. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the air-conditioner which was solved immediately.

Some rooms at the property include a terrace with a mountain view. Very good! Clean, new, excellent buffet breakfast, friendly staff, wifi works, heating works, spaceious, comfortable, very quiet. I loved it.
