The property is beautiful in a remote setting along a creek on the Bow Valley Parkway. Everything you needed for comfort was in the room or available at the front desk. Staff were friendly and helpful and had good suggestions about the area. We enjoyed the in room jacuzzi tub, sauna, steam room and the outdoor firepit. The rooms were larger than most similar places I have stayed at in the area and very clean and comfortable beds.

Peaks Hotel and Suites se encuentra en Banff, en la región de Alberta, a 2 km de Cave and Basin National Historic Site. This was our 2nd visit to the hotel, we came back because of the comfort and location. Our room had a fabulous view of the mountains and was cozy and quiet. We arrived 4 hours early with the intention of just dropping off our bags but were allowed early check in as our room was ready for us. The airport shuttle bus to Calgary has a stop opposite in the sister hotel and everything else was a few minutes walk away. Would stay again and recommend to others.

A very comfortable place in a small mountain town. It feels like we are living in a hotel, but the comfort is like living at home. The impressive authentic interior, private bathroom - one of the biggest advantages. Everything is clean and harmonious. The communication of the hosts is warm, helpful. A hearty, simple breakfast. Friendly dog. True, the apartments are located on the side of the main street, so if you want to go to bed early, you won't be able to, because it is quite noisy. Even at night, when restaurants and bars are closed, we still heard people's noise every night, and there is also a train running through this town, which emits very loud signals both during the day and late at night - it always wakes you up. However, all the pluses of our apartment outweighed these environmental disturbances. We 100% recommend staying in this house. Apart from the many tourists around (which we were), we enjoyed the views of the town and used its excellent public transportation, which allowed us to reach all the most amazing places found near Banff.
