We stayed here for a couple of nights before heading out on canoe trip in the park. Our Place Up North is in a great location- easy access to Huntsville and the local shops, cafes, restaurants etc- but far enough out to feel like you have some space and peace. There is a swimming lake just across the road (a few mins walk through Tally Ho) which we enjoyed one sunny morning. The apartment is incredibly well stocked and everything is clearly labelled - the lovely host Debbie has truly thought of everything. There are plenty of things to entertain you on those chillier nights- games and dvds etc, and a lovely private outdoor area with a campfire if you fancy stargazing. There was even a welcome pack with snacks and nibbles to enjoy when we arrived, which was a real treat. We could have easily stayed much, much longer. Thank you Debbie!

Overlooking Peninsula Lake, this property offers motel rooms and cottages. It is just 10 km from Huntsville. All guest rooms include a fridge and coffee machine. Complimentary WiFi is provided. The owners were so helpful. They really went out of their way to help us.

Located in Huntsville, Best Western Plus Muskoka Inn features an indoor pool, a complimentary full breakfast and rooms with free WiFi. Arrowhead Provincial Park is 6.3 km away. My husband and I attended a Marriage Get-away retreat, we were extremely satisfied with our experience at this hotel, it is very clean, comfortable and the breakfast is quite something, we didn't expect the waffles and the variety they had. There is a lady by the name of Jill that was super nice and kind, we loved her, everybody who works in the Hotel industry should be like her, she is AMAZING! Please give her a raise!!
