It has all sorts of facilities: bike room with secure personal bike boxes and their own electric mountain bikes available for rent, ski room and underground parking. They have an entire area with jacuzzi, hot baths and saunas (you get a free drink per use) as well as an alpaca farm where you can pet them or take them for a walk. Tech is great - via a third party app, you can open all doors from your phone as long as you are next to them and you have your bluetooth on. The saunas and jacuzzi are also app operated by the staff members. The restaurant was under construction still when we stayed, reason why there was no breakfast, yet we had the possibility to order the night before some croissants/yoghurt and/or coffee. There are vending machines at the reception as well. Location is great. We went at the end of May so no skiing for us, yet we rented the electric bikes and went to Laghi di Cancano which is up the mountain right behind the building. Right in front of the building there was also an advertisment for downhill family bob but we didn't get the chance to explore it. Overall, very nice mountain area with lots of things to do in summer/winter. Make sure that when you want to go out to eat you make a reservation as the restaurants are usually full.

How we have been looking forward to writing this review! For starters, we adore our home, AND we could oh so easily have moved into Hotel San Vitale. The staff, the location, the breakfast, the town, and the MUSIC in the hotel, all by far exceeded our expectations. Again, service at the hotel was impeccable and communication effortless. Great & nutritious breakfast with multiple varieties. A huge garden and restaurant with fireplace. It will always be my favourite outdoor base in Bormio !

Hotel Piccolo Mondo is 200 metres from the Carosello 3000 ski slopes and 3 km from the centre of the duty-free town of Livigno. All rooms come with a wooden balcony with views of the Alps.

Both the ski slopes and the town centre can be reached by bus, which stops right opposite the property. Bikes can be rented for free at reception, so guest can ride around the natural surroundings. Great location. The hotel is very comfortable.

Just 1.5 km outside of Livigno, it has free ski bus links to the Mottolino ski area. A very nice spacious 3 floors chalet with great private amenities such as sauna room and jacuzzi. An astonishing view of the alps. I really admired the details of the place; its antique and well accommodated decorations.

Guests of the Eden have access to a bike deposit with a repair and washing station. The Stelvio national park is just 1 km from the property, and various hiking an mountain biking trails are located in the surroundings. Nice rooms, excellent breakfast!

Set in Bormio, Hotel Baita Dei Pini is just a short walk from the city’s historic centre, ski lifts, and thermal baths. The Bormio 2000 and Ciuk ski lifts are across the river.

The Baita is at the foot of the Ortles-Cevedale Glaciers, where alpine and cross-country skiing are available throughout the year. Rooms are decorated in Alpine style. The place was absolutely amazing. The room was very comfortable and had everything needed for a perfect stay. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our visit enjoyable. They provided plenty of useful information about the surrounding area and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was an A+ experience — from delicious cakes and sweets to an unforgettable cappuccino. There was truly something for every taste, and the quality was excellent. Overall, the place had great attention to detail and a wonderful atmosphere. My only regret is that I didn’t stay longer. I’ll definitely be coming back here!
