This resort is extremely well run and is picturesque lakeside. The property is spread out across many acres and some of the activities are operated from the surrounding properties (reindeer farm and dog sledding) and are walking distance. The resort requires vehicles to get to and is not near the town of Robaniemi. Transportation will need to be arranged. We rented a car and it was easy to get to from the town.

I can say it was the best of the whole trip, it's just fantastic! Not only visually wonderful, it's full of options and has just about everything! We loved it! The bed is super comfy, the room has a good size and is very well furnished and lit. The hotel has a restaurant and the food is excellent! And the window opens, even just a little , which is an important point for us, because we need a cool room to sleep and It's not often that the room temperature is cool enough for us to sleep in. The hotel has a very good location in Rovaniemi if you don’t want to drive, and has parking lot as well.

Parking is free. the room with the sauna is beautiful and cleaned. the location outside of the city allow to see the northern lights on the terrace if the weather conditions are good. the breakfast is various and the staff very kind

The owner was there to meet us when we arrived and came back quickly with any questions we had. The apartment is conveniently located in Rovaniemi City Centre and a taxi to SCV was around €27 each way or its not far to a bus stop. Would definitely recommend and use again for another trip
