Recently renovated, stylish hotel with excellent service and location The entire property has been beautifully renovated, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The self check-in via code went smoothly thanks to clear communication in advance, yet it still felt like a personal welcome. Sam was particularly helpful and gave us a great recommendation for a beautiful walk near Fort William, where we stayed at the end of our trip. Breakfast was superb, with a choice between continental and full English options. There are plenty of hiking opportunities nearby, making it a perfect base, and the location is ideal for those walking the East Highland Way. Please note: as of June 2025, the Google reviews still reflect the previous owners and are not at all representative of the current experience. We would absolutely recommend this hotel. A comfortable and peaceful place to fully unwind.

Fantastic accommodation for walking the GGW. We received a transfer to and from the official route, along with a yummy care package in the morning. We had a very comfortable stay. The location close to the hub of Aviemore but not in it, was perfect for our needs.
