Place is very clean and host were nice and helpful. There are free boats and kayaks on place. We stayed in apartment that was on ground floor of hosts house, so we did hear communication, tv, kitchen. As for me , it did broke the outfield experience that I wanted((

If you would like to discover the area, hiking, skiing and cycling are possible in the surroundings. It was perfect for our Group Of 4. Amazing views and very comfortable beds. Easy walk down to the Stalheim hotel for an evening beverage and free Wi-Fi! 20 minutes to Gudvagen and another 10 to Flam. I would 100% recommend!

The house was perfect in every way—cozy, beautifully maintained, and with the most stunning views over the mountains and lake. Waking up to this scenery felt like a dream. The host Jarle was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home, adding a personal touch that made our stay even more special. We definitely love the place and would recommend anyone to book Trollstova. Location is good and easy to find, space is big, very warm for autumn/ winter. Bathroom water pressure is amazing with heated flooring. We feel very at home and comfortable.

Skiing, cycling and hiking are possible within the area, and A home away from home offers ski-to-door access. We loved staying in this house. We stayed only for 2 nights, but wish we could have stayed longer. The house is beautiful, well maintained, and has an amazing view. It was super clean and had all we needed, fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of towels. Beds were very comfortable, which is important to us. Also, you can completely darken the rooms, another big plus. The communication with hosts was perfect. They are very thoughtful and provided a list of attractions, restaurants, and hikes in the area. That was really useful since the area has so much to offer and it helped us choose the activities for our limited time there. We went to Briksdalsbreen glacier. The house is near a ski resort, so it must be a great place to stay in the winter. We highly recommend this house and the hosts.
