Richie at front of counter when we checked in just couldn't do enough , she was an outstanding to deal with nothing was an issue , all she did was help the breakfast was a stunning variety of all you could need start the day off with.

This was the best and the most luxurious stay we’ve ever experienced! Everything from the start to finish was amazing! We were greeted by a lovely receptionist (if I’m not mistaken her name was Elizabeth). We got a room upgrade as we were celebrating my friend’s graduation. We couldn’t believe the lovely room we got! With a pool on the balcony! It was so special! Breakfast next day was just AMAZING. And the pool area and great music made us really unwind and get into holiday mode. I would stay there over and over again and I’m telling all my friends about this hotel. You’ve set the bar high and now every other place I stay at is just not good enough haha. Thank you also for the celebration cake for my friend that you kindly gifted to us, it was delicious!

The hotel exceeded my expectations in everything. Every member of staff I spoke with tried to help and made me feel welcome. I stained a favourite fabric shoe, and the housekeeping cleaned it within an hour free of charge. I mentioned to the manager that I might have preferred a different view, and they moved me to another room. Breakfast is nothing short of spectacular, especially with such views from the terrace. Technology in my room was state-of-the-art. Elegant and functional interiors. This is one of the few places I will try to return to. It felt really good to be staying and receiving visitors there.
