The overall room was great, the tub in the bedroom was spacious and really fun to play in and relax in. The bed was firm but not too hard it was very enjoyable. The floor in the hallway to the room and the room itself was extremely clean. The bathroom was comfortable, no issues with the shower, sink or toilet. The staff was very friendly and helpful if questions were asked. The restaurants nearby were great and the food was filling.

Everything. The service was top notch, whether at the front desk or room service or the valet. The room was impeccable, and the terrace was very useful. The presence of a first class bar (Bar George) in the hotel was the cherry on top.

Famous for their name, it's no surprise that the Ritz-Carlton is considered one of the best hotels in Montreal. Situated in downtown Montreal, it's a great place to book if you plan on visiting the area. From the staff, service, room and cleanliness, you'll have a near perfect experience and if there's any issues, don't hesitate to contact the reception. I'd also like to give a huge shout out to Arlene who emailed me before our stay to see if I needed anything extra. She made sure our stay would have a little extra touch to make it even more special - something none of the other hotels in the area do.

The room was nothing short of perfect—clean, comfortable, and equipped with wonderfully cozy beds for a good night's sleep. The hotel's location is unbeatable. Situated right in the heart of the old town, it offers the convenience of stepping out directly into the beautiful Vieux-Montréal immersed in its historic charm. Although the furniture may not be the latest style, this was no concern for me. The overall comfort, the perfect location, and the exceptional service the front desk staff provided more than made up for it. Overall, my stay was flawless.
