Everything! The most amazing hotel we have ever stayed in. Everything was super, we got to check in early and got upgraded, Dean at check in was super friendly and welcoming. Our room was superb, it had everything we needed, was modern, quite, great views and the hot tub & pool area was such a treat. We loved our stay and cannot wait to return. Well worth the money!

We were upgraded to a Suite which was very comfortable. We loved the traditional feel of the hotel - classic style and excellent hospitality. All the staff were excellent - either well recruited or well trained or both. They went out of their way to accommodate us at all interactions - from arrival to check in and in the dining areas. The light meals in the downstairs were excellent and the staff there were some of the best we have encountered.

We booked a 4 night stay, then came back a week later and stayed another 4 nights. We enjoyed the gym, our suite was lovely and we found the staff to be exceptional.

Friendly and amazing front of house. Kriztel and Greg from Concierge (might be wrong) were Mint. they provided us with so much information and were the most engaging in conversation. Location-wise, we walked almost everywhere including to Rogers Arena. 7-11 is nearby but we found the drugstore diagonally across provided better value for money and choices of snacks.

Spa facilities and an indoor swimming pool are featured at this Vancouver city centre hotel. A fully equipped kitchen is offered in each suite. Vancouver Convention Centre is 10 minutes’ walk away.

It was our 39th wedding anniversary and I surprised my wife and Sarah was amazing in assisting to make it special for my wife. She upgraded us to a room with the perfect view - Room 1036. The staff were excellent and room was spacious with spectacular views. Friends delivered gifts which were put in the room. The bed was high but so comfortable.

The service from all staff was exceptional — warm, friendly, and so welcoming. I really loved how spacious my room was, and the bed was sleeping on a fluffy cloud. There were plenty of amenities at the hotel, on the residence side, and the restaurant was fabulous. The neighbourhood was wonderful - lots to eat and drink, and it was central to everything Downtown (with Burrard Station just a short walk towards the water… but the city itself is entirely walkable in any direction). If you’d like to use the laundry facilities, make sure you have $2 coins available otherwise you can withdraw cash or break notes in the hotel convenience store :)
