Everything. Dani and Linda welcomed us with open arms into their hotel and treated us like family. From Swiss chocolates every morning to champagne on arrival, my partner and I had the most amazing experience with them and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking at staying at a hotel with fantastic views and ever better service. Everything about it, the location is amazing, apartment is nice and comfortable and the access to Spa a great touch.However, the best part is the warmth and hospitality of the hosts. A personalised welcome note, chocolates, wine and beer greet you upon arrival. The hosts constantly checked if we needed anything and were quick to respond to all our requests. We love this place so much. Yes we have to drive up but the drive there was simply beautiful. This place has an amazing view and even more amazing host. Family Wicki provided us with some groceries when we urgently needed them cos we did not realize the stores would be closed early. They were always in touch with us, asking how we were and met us personally. I would highly recommend this place!

The hotel is clean and tidy, our stay is very relaxing and the picturesque view from our balcony is really amazing. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous and all the amenities at the hotel are satisfying. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely come back.

The room is spacious, bed is comfortable, very clean, has netflix, just internet wifi is sometimes on and off but still working, the breakfast is great and you should have a car to move around because its located in the hills 20mins away more less from interlaken city centre

The atmosphere in the property is just amazing and so relaxing. We booked a one bedroom apartment, and the view was breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. Breakfast was wonderful and full of different options. It is a highly recommended place.

Excellent views from the rooms and restaurant, breakfast spread was wide and varied - eggs were thoughtfully separated into 6 mins and 10 mins (cook time) baskets. The facilities (pool and wellness centre) was clean and very relaxing. Staff were pleasant, friendly and helpfully efficient.

Enabled a relaxing stay with welcoming smiling staff. Beautiful spa/wellness area.... Location, views south facing with sun on balcony as often if clouds, lower/below and great distant mountain views eg North Face of Eiger. Buffet style breakfast with vast/various selection ... and option to have in addition an omelette of choice ingredients... was excellent as was breakfast service and reception service. And welcoming circular bar.
