It’s a classic hotel with spacious rooms and very nice receptionists. The location is not central but it’s still very convenient because the subway station is just opposite the entrance of the hotel. I liked the neighborhood- it’s quite modern and felt safe. There is a huge park and IKEA nearby. But what I liked the most was the breakfast! One of the best I have ever had in my traveling life - there are not too many options, but what they prepare is high quality and homemade. Everything I tried was tasty and fresh! How amazing is it to have fresh cherries for breakfast! I definitely recommend this place and stay here again when I am in Santiago!

Breakfast was amazing, but the waiter, Daniel made it exceptional with his friendliness and the fact that he greeted us all by name! The front door staff were also very helpful and friendly.
