The location close to the volcano was amazing. The swimming pool and heated jacuzzi were top notch, and accessing them through a hanging bridge was an awesome experience. The room was also very nice.

The pool was very cozy both in the normal temperature part with a superlative water bar it was years that I waited for such a relaxing situation .. I had dinner several times. Optimal reception also with particular attention to families. I was also rewarded with a dinner invitation from the Resort for the whole family. SUPER! The exceptional breakfast service and also the very professional bar service among my memories great moments with the bartender Solonero. The saloon for breakfast and dinner has a fantastic view on the VOLCANO and it is absolutely unique. Activities such as horseback riding and searching for Perezosos are highly recommended and adventurous....everything absolutely an experience to replicate

The amount of nature and animals surrounding us was absolutely fenomenal. We did pretty much all the trails available on the property, saw monkeys, frogs, the Arenal volcano (best view we had while in the area). It was fabuluos!

Arenal Amor is an incredible piece of paradise! The serene atmosphere and stunning views make this place unforgettable, but what truly made our stay magical was the top-notch spa and service from the staff. We had the best massage of our lives—it was pure perfection. The therapists were incredibly skilled, and the tranquil open-air setting elevated the entire experience. To top it off, we were treated to the enchanting sight of monkeys playing in the trees during our massage! It felt like something out of a dream. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and fresh. Nothing quite like starting your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee while toucans flutter through the trees. Special thanks to Jogebeth, whose warmth and impeccable service made our stay even more special. From her attention to detail to her genuine care for our comfort, she went above and beyond. Location, staff and all facilities are really great. We were on our honeymoon and they upgraded us to our own lodge. Pool was nice, hike was really cool and the food was really delicious. We also saw a baby sloth just metres away from the reception which they showed us uppn arrival. All in all a visit worth remembering, thanks again!

Everything was just perfect! The staff, animals, location, hot springs, food. We travelled with our 3 kids. Perfect spot for them also- in the check in the staff told all information about horse riding, collecting the eggs and when children can milk the cow. It was such a good experience for them, and for us also. Ps! We loved the omlette in the mornings, really good. All was clean and correct, the prices were acceptable, not overkilled. Ex. milksahkes, coctails and food- all was affordable on the site😊 We are gonna miss you guys and definitely when we are coming back to Costa Rica, we are 110% coming back to you. Thank you!
