Room was very clean. Bed extremely comfortable. Shower excellent and easy to use. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Evening meals were delicious. All staff were friendly, efficient and attentive.

The apartment smelt badly. Despite weather being around freezing and snowing there was no heating on and 2 of the room's radiators would not work. No answer to calls. It was not very clean.
