The staff and the location. We were there for 3 days as we had moved out of our apartment and were relocating overseas. It was perfect for us. They first gave us a noisy room which I queried and the team found us another room with no fuss at all. GREAT service recovery!

A very clean hotel, definitely above standard. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large beds and very cozy pillows. Although it is a bit outside the city center, transportation was easy since we had a car, and the metro station is just about 50 meters away on foot. The hotel feels very safe. The piano bar is a fun spot to enjoy a drink in the evenings. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Thank you for everything!

They had upgraded our room for free on arrival. However, the best thing was that I had an accident on the 2nd night and they helped call the ambulance, got a chair from their offices so that I can sit and be pushed out since there were no wheel chairs, and was willing to be helpful if needed.
