I am a regular customer of this hotel I have been at this hotel also a couple of times in the past and I always choose this hotel in Aswan because if it's great location. Certainly! I'm incredibly glad I chose to stay here. The hotel is in a spectacular location. My room had a direct view to Philae Temple. So much light - the room was mostly glass walls looking out over the water. I had not just a huge balcony but my own private little heated pool with jets at one end. The sunrise and sunset were amazing. The decor in the room was charming. The bed was very comfortable, The shower had great pressure and nice, hot, water. The staff were great. They couldn't do enough for me. Everything was spotless. The food was great, the menu had a lot of variety. I was a little concerned when I arrived and realised I had to get a boat back and forth to the mainland for my tours, but the boat was always there as soon as I expressed a need to get going. And it was always waiting for me when I got back, sometimes before I even called for it. I wish I could stay forever. I will certainly be back if I am ever in Aswan again. In fact, I might come back, just for the hotel.

The resort is located a bit far but easily reached by a free tuk tuk provided by the resort. Having said that it’s location has the most breathtaking views. The resort is very well maintained, beautifully built and complimented by it’s decor and vibrant colours. Breakfast and dinner was of good quality and we truly loved having dinner overlooking an incredible view. The pool is a plus to the resort and we happen to use it alot.Last but not least the staff are super friendly and helpful. Thank you Abdull Sad,Tarak and all the rest whom we happen to meet while on our stay . Hoping to see you again someday.

We book a room at this hotel for one night stay prior our Nile Cruise. Our flight arrival time was 8:30 a.m. and I had ask the hotel if they had a storage room were we could leave our luggage while our room became available. The hotel reply was quick and accommodating. To our surprise, once we arrived at the hotel, they had a room ready for us. We were so exhausted and happy to find a place to lay our head. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
