Extremely polite and friendly staff. We also were lucky to be able to check in earlier. The room is well organized and thought through. We stayed in 22 sq m room and it felt very spacious with enough of place to organize one’s clothe and don’t stumble across one’s suitcase and belongings. We had 30 min free spa every day. And in general, hotel and area are beautiful.

First of all I want to say that this hotel is 10/10, everything was exceptional. The best best thing of this hotel is the location, is precisely located on the main and most important street in Bilbao, we were able to walk to any destination we wanted, everything was maximum 20 minutes walking distance. The decoration and design of the hotel is really luxurious and "spa" like. We tried the Spa services, sauna and pool, and it was perfect, as it is really small it is limited to 2 couples at a time, therefore there's a lot of privacy, nobody is undressed, which is a big point for me, as there are many other places in Europe where everybody get's undressed, making it really uncomfortable. The people were exceptional at all times, really helpful, joyful, simply nice. Really 10/10 experience. Another positive point is that you can check out until 12:00, normally check-out is always in between 10am and 11am, and this one gives you a full hour more, you can calmly wake up, get ready, still enjoy the sauna, etc.
