We were impressed by the staff. From reception to cleaning staff. So very helpful. On Wimbledon Men's Final day there was a problem with BBC Channel and Cristian the tech guy pulled out all the stops for us. It made our short holiday perfect as I and my three great grandchildren were able to watch this historic match.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always eager to help with any request. amazing little boutique hotel, with great design and fantastique room. located in the center of the old town of Ciudatella, we grab our coffee in the morning on the main square and started our day that way. i would recommend it to everyone.
