The place was very clean and quiet. We checked in during business hours and the front desk staff was very friendly and informative. The place is very centrally located, we were able to walk to all of our scheduled activities. The place is also very close to public transit stops. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Madrid.

Personal is super frendly and helpful. Everyone, beginning from the Front Desk with amazing Alina till the housekeeping were incredibly nice- and made us feel like home. First time in my experience nobody insisted on cheking out strictly on time. I should separately mention the consierge Nuria- because of her we discovered amazing places in Madrid. Rooms are clean, fresh and pleasant to stay.
