We absolutely loved our stay in Salobre. The staff was really helpfull & friendly, the food was delicious with every day something different and you always had a spot at the pool. Salobre is definitely in our top 3 of hotel i've been already and would come back when visiting Gran Canaria again.

The location was fantastic – you have plenty of great restaurants nearby as well as within the resort itself. It’s a perfect place to enjoy dinner and then take a nice evening walk, since the resort also has a kind of shopping area where you can spend time and relax. The hotel is directly by the sea, and you can see the ocean right from the property, which makes the view and atmosphere truly special. The resort itself feels like a palm tree oasis, with beautiful landscaping that gives you the impression of being in a tropical paradise. The large infinity pool was another highlight I really enjoyed.

We were a family with 3 children and we rented it for a week. Barbara, the owner, waited for us with a welcome gift: water, wine and some snacks. We apreciated it a lot. The apartment, furnished with style, was on the first floor and had 2 bedrooms. It was very clean, the beds very comfortable and the linen impeccable. There is also a coffee machine, if you are a coffee lover. If you want to prepare food, you have anything you need: oven, electric stove, pan, dishes, tableware. Now about the location of the apartment. You are just a few minutes (1 to 5) walking to: the restaurants, 2 supermarkets, a laundry, a playground for children. Also there is a commercial center 10 minutes walking. About the beaches, the family friendly beaches are 10 to 15 minutes by car: Amadores, Anfi Del Mar. We don't know about the bus, because we had a rented car. We liked the rented apartment, we recommend it with our hearts.

The apartment was very well equipped, newly done up and so nice and clean. Cristina was so helpful with providing a cot and high chair for our baby. The sun loungers and outside shower in addition to the roof terrace were lovely, as was the outside dining table. We even went to the private pool, shared with the other apartments in the El Trigal bungalow complex. We hope to come back - it was so perfect staying there and so close to everything we needed: the golf course restaurant, the river and path down to the beach, the Faro shopping centre with supermarket.
