Very professional, friendly and approachable staff during our stay (receptionist, in the SPA, dinner and breakfast). Plenty of options for dairy free, vegan and vegetarian at the restaurant as well as for the breakfast. Classical and signature cocktails are well executed. Imperial Palace is the best hotel I have stayed at my France trip this time. We traveled in France for 19 days, from Paris, to Mount Saint Michel, to Central Lories Chateau area, then to Lyon, Marselle, Annecy, back to Paris. We are more satisfied with Imperial Palace than Paris Hilton Opera, not to mention the other hotels. The lake was beautiful, town was gorgeous, service is friendly, everything left us a beautiful memory. We'll stay in Imperial Palace again, if we will visit Annecy in the future.

We were lucky to get a massive upgrade to a beautiful room with a terrace and a big bathroom on the lake side!!!!! So nice. Gorgeous views of the lake. Also the room had aircon easy to use and was so quiet. The staff were soooo lovely every single one. The food was nice too. Nice inside decor for the whole hotel.

Everything! The rooms are very spacious, incredibly clean, comfy bed, beautiful view of the lake. The garden area is a dream, so beautiful. Dinner at the restaurant was also amazing. Staff is very polite and friendly.
