Great room, Milos the night manager was fantastic: upgrade to a runway view room for our small child, free late check-out too, to bridge the gap for our afternoon flight. Pool, sauna and gym are great, breakfast too. Phenomenal location, joined to airport. A bit pricey but worth every penny.

Had everything we needed and was in a good location near to where we needed to be. Easy 20 min walk to the O2 Apollo for a concert. Family of four including an additional child. Facilities were spot in and it felt safe and secure. The wet room ensuite was a really nice touch. Lots of spare towels and linen available but we didn't need them.
