Very clean and quiet. We did not hear the planes flying overhead. It was just a few minutes walk from Hounslow Central tube station. Reception were very friendly and recommended places to eat. The hotel had great security.

We spent 7 nights at this charming hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent, bus lines and destinations are right next door. The service at the hotel is exceptional. I would especially like to mention Rashita, from whom we received exceptional service and treatment in the dining room. The service at the hotel in general is really excellent and the guest gets the feeling that he is welcome. In general, you feel that the issue of service at this hotel is extremely important and every request is answered quickly. The breakfast with table service is excellent, we also had dinner several times and it was very good. There is no doubt that on our next visit to London this will be a favorite hotel.
