Horel was beautiful, in a stunning location. Styling and comfort were fabulous. Our bedroom.was very large, with a gorgeous view across the lake. Massage in the Spa was amazing. Breakfast had a great range and was well-cooked. Portions were generous (too much for me tbh!).

Great room and room service menu. Very relaxing stay. Sauna didn’t seem to be that hot but facilities great apart from that. Room lovely and huge but had someone’s headband left, plus half drunk bottle of water so probably needed a quick check. Lovely site, great breakfast although would have been nice to have a cappuccino rather than just the filter coffee offered.

Perfect location for a relaxing time away,beautiful grounds and hotel. Steam room,sauna,jacuzzi and pool all included with price. Amazing breakfast cooked fresh to order with additional extra (toast & croissants) to help yourself to.lovely friendly staff full of knowledge about the grounds and area

It is in a superb tranquil location. It is so quiet and relaxing. The meal in Charlie’s bar was good as was the breakfast. This was our third stay here. This time we stayed in the new part of the hotel but had a spacious room which was quiet.

Friendly staff on receipt very welcoming Found a complimentary box of chocolates and card on bed that was a wonderful surprise Room was beautiful, nice view of the lake and house , staff around very nice and helpful spa was lovely, pool is lake height so lovely views , excellent food , and breakfast was fantastic Overall a beautiful hotel and surrounding felt very relaxed could have easily stayed longer
