They welcomed us incredibly when we first entered the hotel. Very kind and friendly staff showed us around the hotel first. Then we went to our room accompanied by the staff, where we were told all the details of the room and the facility. My room was much more beautiful than the picture. The view was amazing. Everyone in the facility is very friendly and educated people, they do their job very well. We stayed in a hotel where we will go many times in the future. Thank you for everything.

1. The breakfast has plenty of options for all the tastes. One of the best we've found out there. 2. The room was very comfy with enough space for a couple. 3. The pool is amazingly beautiful with a good structure around it. It even has a built-in hydro massage. 4. The location is amazing, and the city center can be reached easily by bike (5 min.) or foot (10 min.). 5. The private beach is located in the another side of the road with a good structure (bar service, shower, etc...) and the beach water is very nice. 6. Finally, the staff of this hotel was very friendly and gentle with us, attending all our expectations and more.

We stayed at the hotel 4 adults for 4 nights. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we realized that the level of service quality is the highest we have encountered. The entire hotel staff and the management led by Mr. Costa and Mrs. Paris made every effort to make our stay pleasant in the hotel and on the island of Kos in general. The breakfast is excellent, the restaurant in the hotel is of a very high standard - on the first evening the chef prepared a 6-course dinner that can easily compete with a Michelin restaurant. The rooms are very large and decorated in a modern design, a large TV, a huge bed and many treats. We were pleasantly surprised to receive every evening a handwritten note written by the management team in which they wish us a good night and a pleasant stay. The hotel pool is very large and clean, there are many sunbeds, clean towels and service from the hotel bar throughout the day. The reception staff ordered recommended restaurants for us every evening in the old town of Kos and hit our taste every time. The spa at the hotel is one of the best we have encountered and the price is absolutely fair. We will definitely return to the hotel for another stay. One and only issue for improvement: the beach adjacent to the hotel does not compare in level to the standards that the hotel adheres to.

We stayed in Superior Double Room. The hotel is so clean, the decoration is so pleasant, olive trees are great .The cosmetics at the bathroom were good. The staff is friendly & helpfull. The breakfast was so delicious . We prefered salad & pizza at lunch time, they were also so delicious. The hotel is close to Kos center. We went to taverns for dinner by taxi. The location is perfect. We enjoyed the facilities of the resort. The massage was amazing, the gym with the swimming pool view was awesome, the breakfast is delicious and best part of the vacation was the yoga classes every morning. The yoga teacher was sweet and very professional. We liked her a lot and woke up every morning to practice with her. Dinner was good and the stuff were kind and lovely to us. For the second and the third evening we visited a local Greek restaurant that was 5 minutes walk to the left from the hotel entrance. Great food and live music. We will be back.

The staff at this establishment is incredibly hardworking, and they have good managers available for escalations if needed. The drinks and food provided are also top-tier. Even though it was a bit old facility, everything was comfortable, clean and well managed. Since our air conditioner was broken, they upgraded us with another room and they did not charge for it. And I have to add that the restaurant staff were incredibly friendly! The meals were delicious and the hotel offered different kinds of dishes every day. The hotel was very close to the Lambi Beach, you can find many Beach Clubs as well, they charge it for the sunbeds - 10 euros for 2 person. Highly recommend it.
