A nice hotel that pleases with its quality as soon as you enter it. The check-in procedure is just great, I have never seen such service anywhere else. There is no need to stand in line for check-in, they take the documents and tell everything in detail about the hotels at the table with drinks. The overall impression of the hotel is very positive. The area is large, very clean, the food is delicious and varied, the children have their own table with healthy food. The private sandy beach is protected by a stone ridge, so it is still safe to swim there with children in strong winds and waves. The water park is suitable for all ages, both small and large. There are many rescuers who keep order. The hotel has a lot of staff and attention to guests, we did not stand in queues at the bar, the waiters worked quickly, everything is very clean. Free self-service laundry. I highly recomended this hotel for families with kids.

Me and my fianceé recently spent a week at this luxurious resort in Crete and we were absolutely delighted with our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided top-notch service and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We got upgrade to Deluxe room with private pool with sea view and that was the icing on the cake. You can choose from many swimming pools including a heated one. Some pools have salty water, we appreciated the adults only zone next to the pool and what can I say..... the cabanas are divine. The resort has very relaxing atmosphere, quiet despite of the resort is relatively large. The food was delicious, to many variations to choose from. On breakfast I appreciated the coffee, which was made on the bar not automatic machine by myself. Dinner has to many corners with food from pizza, pasta, sea food, greek corner and many more. I especially found the desserts very impressive. I have never seen such high level desserts at hotels. The cleaning lady did her job very well with attention to details. Overall, our stay at the Royal Senses Resort & Spa was pure paradise. The combination of stellar accommodations, remarkable service, and gorgeous setting made this one of the most luxurious and memorable vacations we've ever had.

Great vacation. The private beach is really nice and has all the comfortable facilities, plus you can order food & drinks from the bar with a QR code straight to your beach bed :) The closest village is Panoramos and it's very cozy and calm, Rethymnon is about 20 min drive by car and is also great to visit.

Our stay here was out of a movie. Just after we arrived we were welcomed with a glass of champagne, a red rose for my wife and some chocolate from the house. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to the room we booked. We got a very nice bungalow with an incredible view. They remembered it was my wife’s birthday and we got an amazing dinner at the A la carte restaurant with more roses, an entire bottle of champagne and they got my wife a cake and sang her Happy birthday at the end of the night. The beaches and the surroundings of the property are just amazing, very beautiful. The food was very very good and you had a lot of options. All in all an incredible and perfect vacation. The only thing we regret is not having booked more days there. We will definitely come back.

Located in a very convenient position in Crete, Atali Grand resort offers a wide and quality range of services. Staff is very kind and caring and always keen to help and solve any problem. Waterpark is the plus of this structure since it helps with kids and allows parents to relax a bit. Bali itself and Livadi beach offer many opportunities for lunch/dinner in a very romantic place during evening/night. Highly recommended, let greek soul invade your life.

The hotel is small, with a small number of rooms. At check-in they give a bottle of local wine and a plate of fruit. The staff are very polite and pleasant. Some days we lived with a sea facing room, a few with a garden view. The rooms have everything, clean. Very liked that for dinner every day was a different cuisine. And everything was delicious! My husband has gluten intolerance - and the chef told him which dishes were gluten-free, and sometimes even cooked specially. There was a very good breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thanks to the hotel we had an amazing holiday!
