Photos do not do it justice at all. Not only is the hotel gorgeous, but the people working at the resort make it beyond amazing. We decidedly to extend our stay for 2 days. Hubby and I came to Indonesia to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Our room was absolutely beautifully decorated. I was not expecting that at all. ❤️ Huge thank you for the decoration. We extended our stay twice because I really felt safe here and everyone was so sweet. Breakfast was great. If more variety of fruits can be added, it would be great! If you are gluten and lactose intolerant, Dwi is your person. She is amazing! We had dinner at Kliff and Sail. Kliff has an absolutely incredible view. It would be a sin to not go to the Kliff. I want to say a huge thank you to Tari and the check-in employees who worked on January 1st after 10.00 pm. I was scared for my life due to being horribly harassed by loads of male locals at the airport. There is a taxi mafia going on at the airport. I was trembling like a leaf. Tari and her co-workers were beyond sweet. Tari held me and calmed me down. The next day employees were asking me how I was doing. Words cannot express how grateful I am. Thank you from the earth to the moon. Shout out to Dwi. Dwi was hands-on in taking care of my gluten-free bread and pancake. She also was hands-on with the floating breakfast. So sweet! Again Tari was such an angel calming me down. Nena and the other girl with a bob cut at the front desk are sweethearts. Also huge shout out to the male employees receiving my husband and me when we arrived with the aggressive and scammer taxi driver.

I spect 1 week in this hotel. All is perfect, personal, location, cleaning, the food is perfect, Spa is good too You can really choose it with closed eyes.

Absolutely loved the Santorini-inspired vibe of the resort. The sunset view over the ocean from our room was breathtaking, and spotting Mount Agung during sunset was an unexpected delight. The room was spacious, with a large washroom area, and came stocked with so many complimentary items that you barely need to pack anything beyond your clothes. We were welcomed with a delicious cheesecake, which was such a thoughtful touch. The balcony doors made the room almost soundproof—despite a lively DJ party at the beach club, it stayed wonderfully quiet inside. The pool is stunning, with an exceptional design, and the food was excellent. The entire resort is simply beautiful, offering gorgeous views all around. Truly a memorable stay!

Magical atmosphere, out of this world experience, lovely boutique-hotel located in a beautiful bay in Lombok, sea perfect for kayak, snorkeling and swimming. The coral was not exceptional but we saw beautiful fish and turtles a couple of times. We truly enjoyed the close location to the local village which made the experience truly authentic by getting to know the local people and their lives. The hotel is beautifully designed, spacious rooms with lovely interior, big swimming pool and a nice garden. High-end cuisine, though more local Indonesian options would be welcomed. The afternoon tea is a treat! Great spa, more massage choices would be great. Huge thanks to the whole reception team for everything, the driver for our trips, Sunan and Sultan for the great service, Zazu for the magical fishing experience. Staff felt like a big family with a true team spirit, never experienced similar anywhere before. We would definitely would like to come back again. Thanks, Thanks, thank again. The villa is beautiful and luxurious for an affordable price. There is a great selection of Indonesian and international food in the restaurant with an amazing beachfront view and a happy hour for cocktails. The staff are very friendly, attentive, they help you with everything (organising trips, booking spa, laundry, taxi…) and they know the names of their guests. I highly recommend these villas and I would definitely come back.

Very clean and comfortable accommodations with a very welcoming family. A staff member was kind enough to give me a quick motorbike lesson so I would feel more comfortable renting a bike when I moved on to Kuta Lombok where I would have been stuck without renting a bike. I'm very appreciative! Everyone was lovely!

We had an unforgettable stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely stunning—a dream come to life. However, what truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff. Their friendliness and attentiveness made our experience extra special. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, and the kitchen was amazing. The barbecue evening with live music was a highlight—the band was fantastic, and the food was absolutely delicious. Breakfast was another treat, with fresh juices, fruits, and menu a la carte. We also arranged a customised trip through the hotel, and the contracted driver was reliable and made us feel safe, even during heavy rain. The location itself is breathtaking, but it’s the warm hospitality that elevates this place to a whole new level. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Amazing landscape and well maintained .. just can't get enough to look, relax and stay at such beautiful Resort.. No word to describe till you experience it.. Room comfortable living space, complete amenities and open bathroom are awesome.. I highly recommend this Resort for anyone visiting Sengigi, Lombok.
