The Hotel delivered the characteristics of (a) family/kids friendly staffs (b) clean/tidy/serviced rooms everyday (c) decent mix races of country nationals (d) center location connects to many places in Coimbatore 2. Safe environment to use while you stay with family and kids 3. Staffs are able to give rational advises/guidance/direction while we explored local places 4. Restaurant food menu was fantastic : delivered a mix of Indian/Asian/Euro/US Cuisines which my family liked a lot 5. Restaurant staffs were very attentive and responsive (Many/All to name) : voluntarily took my family's requests and delivered timely without delays 6. Reception staffs are good : (special thanks to Badran) - staffs give spot on suggestions/recommendation and deliver them 7. Swimming Pool followed No Dive Policy : disturbance from pool view inside the room was negligible 8. Security Personal : Around 4AM i was going out receive family guests and i saw 5+ personal AWAKE and guarding reception/lobby lift all the way till main gate Additionally Security personal offered friendly hands (offloaded bags, scanned the bags, Sent bags to reception, Loaded bags to vehicles, smiley faces and good communication) 9. All female masseuse were fully booked while my family reached for appointment, so our advise : while making room booking - request for an masseuse appointment before you arrive to the hotel

I lost my credit card in a bookstore in Mumbai airport, and only realized it upon arrival at Le Metidien In Coimbatore. The hotel manager immediately called the airport, snd within an hour my card was found and held securely until my return to Mumbai a few days later! Incredible service. Thank you!

Excellent is the other name I would like to call Park Elanza. The reason is, what ever we encountered there were above our ecxpectations. This was a fantastic stay! I arrived in the evening after three long days of travel, and it was exactly the respite I needed. I ordered in-room dining from the wonderful restaurant and from the bar, and I thoroughly enjoyed both in the comfort of my pajamas. Staff was extremely helpful and kind, and breakfast was also among the best I’ve had while traveling. I chatted with Anjitha, one of the staff members, while I enjoyed breakfast, and she made me feel welcome. Highly recommended.
