The property was exceptional in terms of it location, atmposphere, and sense of spaciousness. The staff were exceptional, courteous, friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and had enough variety to keep variety of palattes happy. The choice of experience available for guests are what you expect however had some unique "estate walk' with a resident ecologist is really makes the experience memorable. While all the staff we encountered were friendly, courteous and helpful, we would like to single out few of them: Lakrani was very courteous, efficient and friendly. She would be easily hired for customer facing work anywhere in the world. Infectious enthusiasm was impressive. Lithin was very knowledgable, friendly and willing to share his knowledge about the property, eco system and his passion readily. Ranjit Kumar Pradhan was extremely friendly, obliging and creative in preparing food of exceptional quality and taste. Wish we stayed more nights to taste his delicacy.

This is the most beautiful resort I've ever experienced in my lifetime! The Staff were amazing! The food was incredible! The view was unlike anything I've ever seen in my life. I will be back!!! A heavenly stay. Everything exceeded our expectations. The pool villa we stayed in was fantastic, comfortable, spacious, private, and peaceful. The grounds are very beautiful, we really enjoyed walking around and exploring. Everyone on the staff is friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and they were very helpful in accommodating my special dietary needs. The spa facilities are great. We didn't want to leave.

Such a warm property, amidst the hills. The food was delicious. One could clearly see the emphasis of staff on quality, services, and customer satisfaction. Location one couldn't ask for more, having a view of mountains and greens was just mesmerizing. I would love to stay here again!

Everything was excellent during 6 days!!!! What a beautiful resort and with attention for each deatail! And the tasteful and various food in the beautifully decorated restaurant with masks and Chittara paintings, surrounded by splendid view and swimming pool. Furthermore the best massage that i had twice and above all- the staff- ALL- so professional and kind- thank you Heritage Resort!!!!
