All the staff, without exception treated us impeccably. It felt totally natural and they had pride in their jobs. I have never enjoyed a hotel stay more. Lovely adult only pool on the roof (another for the whole family on the other side of the hotel) We had a wonderful ayurvedic massage at very reasonable cost.

The architecture of the building, foyer, restaurant and layout of the room outstanding . View from the balcony the best in Munnar. No need to go anywhere else for that. Make sure that you book a room with a balcony. Our room was on the side but still with a good view of the forest and plantations. The food is excellent, wide variety for breakfast and dinner. The Valle also has activities like a guided morning walk, afternoon tea, cooking courses, etc. Staff very helpful and friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff is attentive and friendly! We were traveling as a family -2 adults and 2 kids ages 3 and 7, and the staff was so kind! The location is gorgeous in the mountains of Munnar. The indoor trekking is really cool and enjoyable. The food in the restaurant was delicious! There is also a game room with air hockey and a pool table that was great for letting our kids play. We had such a nice, relaxing time there -would recommend to anyone!

What a truly hidden gem of a place. So cosy so peaceful and quiet. A magical experience. Enveloped in nature, quite secluded but safe not far from the owners family home who gave us space to enjoy surroundings. The meals the family made for us were absolutely lovely. The open shower is also a great idea. We loved every second of our stay and would come back again and again. A highlight of our Kerala trip.

We had a small vacation at Chandy's Drizzle Drops last weekend. The property is an exceptional place for a family vacation. Kids had a good time. Super luxurious cottage ( Thanks for the upgrade ) with beautiful view of valleys. Food and service is awesome. Friendly staffs. Thanks for the DJ and Barbeque Kids really enjoyed it.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tall Trees Resort in Munnar, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. We had a truly fantastic stay. The rooms and the facilities are clean and well maintained, the views and the nature around leave you speechless. The food at the restaurant was very good, we enjoyed every meal we had. The staff is amazing, attentive, always available and tries to do everything to make you feel at home. Viceroy Munnar Resort is a top notch place to stay if you are planning to just chill with your loved ones. Amid misty mountains, its own tea gardens and breathtaking views, the resort offers calm, quiet and peace 🤍. The Property is located perfectly away from Munnar City (takes approx.40 mins to Munnar). From the Moment i booked the resort till we checked out, the staff were incredibly supportive and always at your Service. I thank especially Abin and one more guy at the front desk for their great service. We often stayed in the resort for dinner and we always got good food. The offered breakfast had a number of options varying from continental to local foods. The food for my one year old niece was never charged by the restaurant manager, that was really kind. The Pool was located in a perfect place for the instagram worthy pictures 😀 It adds a cool vibe to the whole resort. Overall i would highly recommend this property for a proper getaway with your family or friends 🫶🏻
